Reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with everything we need. The neighbourhood it was located in was quiet and it felt safe. The train and metro station was within walking distance and right beside the station there is a large shopping mall including a grocery store.

I loved the staff and overall vibe of the place this is our second trip to this accommodation it’s definitely not the ritz but it’s comfy, clean & friendly and the location is spot on in my eyes. we loved the trip

24h service, helpful staff, fan and a fridge in 30⁰C, Location - out of the way but it's worth walking from centre back because Rotterdam is gorgeous

The staffs are very nice and friendly. I can park my car free, then we walk to metro station, Alexander. Its closed to Alexandrium shopping centre and primark. They have nice breakfast, like American breakfast, you can get bacon and egg with bread. They have free wifi.

Cozy room, good big bed. The room is warm. You can smoke right on the balcony near the room - like an open passage. The staff is very responsible.

The personnal was nice, i recommand this hotel, the situation is quiet, i come by my car and it is secure. There is also possibility to rent bike. Everything was okay. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you !
